All orders are custom packed and personalized. Shipping cost will be as following:
Within the US - 20 USD
Within the EU: 30 USD
For other locations shipping cost will be individually calculated.
All orders within NYC are also available for pick up.
Shipment time will reflect on destination and communicated personally.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer's responsibility.
We do not hold responsibility for delays concerning payment issues or customs clearance.
Returns: all items are final sale.
Care
Each piece of jewelry is uniquely handcrafted and therefore shapes and sizes can vary.
To care for your silver jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place in an airtight container or anti-tarnish pouch to prevent tarnishing. Clean it regularly with a soft, lint-free or polishing cloth. Avoid exposure to moisture, harsh chemicals like perfume, and activities like swimming or showering, which can accelerate tarnishing.
Over time, your piece will naturally develop a character and storytelling of the beautiful life it’s living with you. Please cherish its imperfections as its true beauty lays in its uniqueness.
DAMAGE & REPAIRS
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email … within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
Packaging:
All packaging is recycled as a continuous effort of value and the leather pouches which house the items are hand-sewn by herself using deadstock leather. The clips holding the pouches closed are hand-sculpted using recycled steel wire and hint at the design of the pieces, by curling into small spirals at their ends.
